Prior to the award event, Cam joined the no-bra club, and her attire complemented McTominay’s dapper black suit.
Although it’s unclear how long the two have been dating, Cam posted their first photo together in November.
At the awards ceremony, Cam was joined by Harry Maguire’s wife Fern, who also posed in black with the United captain.
The third-placed team led by Erik ten Hag is now focused on the FA Cup final Manchester City on Saturday.
Marcus Rashford, the Player of the Year and Players’ Player, is one person who will be confident.

The season’s leading scorer with 30 goals, Rashford, said: “It’s definitely a proud occasion.
Despite the ꜰᴀᴄᴛ that there is always space for development, I believe I should have scored a few more points. I’ve been trying to accomplish that for the upcoming season.
“I’m happy with how it turned out, but I’m eager to learn and, hopefully, improve in that next season.”
After his two victories, Rashford, a product of United’s youth program, hopes to motivate the upcoming stars.
I feel a tremendous feeling of pride, he remarked.
“I really wish more academy players could go on to win this award and experience what I’m experiencing on stage right now.
“The major reason I returned to the season in the shape I was in was probably because that was the first summer I had off.
“I was simply eager to begin working with the new manager and crew.
“I just had a good feeling in my head, and based on this season, I wasn’t incorrect, but I hope we can keep pushing and moving forward.
“I’m overjoyed. Very happy. I simply want to express my gratitude to [my] team members and staff because without their daily push in training, you wouldn’t get to witness the greatest version of me.
I’m grateful to all of you and want to thank you.
